Encouraging healthy habits from an early age means ensuring children’s exposure to a variety of foods with a whole range of colours, flavours and textures.

Breakfast & Snacks
Our breakfasts and snacks are a balanced addition to any of our plans. They are all vegetarian, offering portion-controlled snacks to sustain your energy throughout the day. Burn/balance breakfasts range between 275-375 kcals* The build breakfasts are similar but come as a ~50% larger portion* than those detailed here. All snacks are 200-250 kcals* and sweets are 150-250 kcals* and are a standard portion across all plans. Snacks and sweet treats are also available in batches on request.
Our burn menu has been designed for those wanting a lighter option, whether to lose weight or to maintain optimal health. This lunch and dinner menu eliminates red meat and contains a lower than average amount of carbs, those remaining come from lower density sources such as veggies or salads in replacement of rice or pasta for a lighter plan.
Main meals are 300-350 kcals and are based on an average of 40% Carbs 35% Protein and 25% fats* across a 24-day plan.
Full plan including breakfast and snacks = average 1350-1450 Kcals per day
Balance is our original menu, which we based on our philosophy of eating everything in moderation. A varied menu including meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian dish es; we use whole fresh foods combining lean protein, naturally sustaining carbs and healthy fats for a really well-balanced plan.
Main meals are 450-500 kcals and are based on an average of 40% Carbs 30% Protein and 30% fats* across a 24-day plan.
Full plan including breakfast and snacks = average 1650-1750 Kcals per day
Our build plan is designed for those who are highly active or those looking to gain mass. It offers larger protein portions and a balance of dense and green carbs, healthy fats and plenty of flavour. Increasing the calories needed to replace those used during exercise allows you to recover, repair & build muscle.
Main meals are ~675-750 kcals* and are based on a macro split of 40% Carbs, 30% Protein and 30% Fats
Full plan including breakfast and snacks = average 2300-2400 Kcals per day
Our keto menu is the newest addition to the Nourish range, it is high in dietary fats, low in carbohydrates and has moderate levels of protein from a variety of sources. The varied menu includes meat, chicken, and tuna dishes; we use whole fresh foods combining flavours and textures from international dishes to keep things exciting.**[NOTE]
Main meals are ~450-500 kcals and are based on a split of <10% Net Carbs, ~25% Protein, and >60% Fats* across a 24-day plan.

Veg / Vegan
Our vegetarian and vegan menus offer a plant-based option for those who choose not to eat meat, chicken or fish. You can opt for a fully vegan plan or choose to include eggs and/or dairy cheeses and yoghurt. We use whole fresh foods combining plant-based protein, naturally sustaining carbs and healthy fats for a well-balanced, meat free plan.
We do not provide macros for these options but the main meals are portioned at 400-500kcals*
