Our burn menu has been designed for those wanting a lighter option, whether to lose weight or to maintain optimal health. This lunch and dinner menu eliminates red meat and contains a lower than average amount of carbs, those remaining come from lower density sources such as veggies or salads in replacement of rice or pasta for a lighter plan.

Main meals are 300-350 kcals and are based on an average of 40% Carbs 35% Protein and 25% fats* across a 24-day plan.
Full plan including breakfast and snacks = average 1350-1450 Kcals per day
